CORE Training for Runners & Triathletes
STRENGTH + FUNCTION = BETTER PERFORMANCE
JackRabbit Sports & Nimble Fitness are teaming up for this program focusing on CORE strength and conditioning as it relates specifically for runners and triathletes.This core strength and conditioning class, taught in a workshop format in which you will learn by doing. The goal of the program is to increase performance, prevent injury, and lengthen or longevity in our sport.
In addition to our once weekly group workout also included will be some suggested in-between class homework.
The class will cover:
- Secrets to success in regards to longevity in sport
- Self-assessment
- Strength & conditioning programming
- Core exercises
- Hip Exercises
- Full body integrated moves
- Flexibility techniques (self neuro-facial techniques-active stretching and other recovery methods)
Fee: $195 for 8 weeks
Day/Time: Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30pm
Dates: Program begins Tuesday, September 28th and finishes November 16th.
Where: Nimble Fitness studio located at 42 East 12th Street between Broadway & University.
