Proper form & technique are critical to running in regards to both maximizing efficiency & speed and staying injury free.  In this 8 week program we will address five key areas to achieving and maintaining form & technique, and improving your over-all performance:

1 - Improving form and increasing efficiency through running specific drills

2 - Increase muscle strength and aerobic endurance

3 - Learn how to pace and run with a purpose

4 - Proper uphill and downhill running techniques

5 - Learn to enjoy running.  If it's not fun then it's not worth doing

This program is open to runners of all abilities and provides you with a wealth of applicable information, tools, and experience, whether you're training for your first 5K or the marathon.  In addition to our once weekly workout we will also provide you with suggested in-between class 'homework'.  We will meet on the West side of 84th St. and 5th Avenue.  For those of you coming from work, we will have bag drop-off at our upper east side store at 85th & Lexington.

Informational Meeting:  If you would like to meet the coach and learn a little more about the program please join us at our Upper East Side store Tuesday, September 21st from 6:30-7:00pm to meet the coach and get all of your questions answered.  No pressure to register, just come out and get find out what the program is all about.
